PCNs are a key part of the NHS Long Term Plan and aim to bring general practices together with other sectors including community pharmacy, hospital, community services, social care, mental health and voluntary services. Attending this free event will equip you with all the knowledge you need plus the opportunity to develop the skills required to become a pharmacist in a primary care network.
