Leading Change across the Midlands
.
.
Join us for our first conference as a Royal College, where pharmacy professionals from across all sectors will come together for an inspiring day of insight, collaboration and forward thinking discussions. Under this year’s powerful theme, Leading Change, we will explore how pharmacy is shaping—and accelerating—the future of healthcare.
This conference will unite colleagues and healthcare leaders from across the Midlands to examine the pivotal role pharmacy plays in driving meaningful change. Together, we’ll reflect on how leadership, innovation and collaboration are transforming practice and improving patient care.
The programme is built around the five commitments of the new Royal College of Pharmacy, showcasing how they can be used as a practical and inspiring framework to empower pharmacists. Through real-world examples and thought-provoking discussions, we’ll explore how these commitments can help prepare the profession to confidently lead change in an evolving healthcare landscape.
Attendees will leave with fresh perspectives on the future of pharmacy, with practical insights they can apply in their own settings, and strengthened connections across the region. Expect expert local speakers, interactive sessions, and dedicated networking opportunities designed to support professional development and enhance patient outcomes.
