Adam is an advanced clinical pharmacist specialising in adult and paediatric sleep medicine. Adam's clinical practice, research and teaching focus on the social and clinical aspects of using medicines within everyday life, utilising behavioural science and qualitative research to understand the nuances of safe and effective medicines use.

In this first session, we'll explore the fundamentals of sleep hygiene - examining how lifestyle factors influence sleep quality and reviewing evidence-based strategies for maintaining healthy sleep patterns. You'll gain the confidence to recognise insomnia symptoms, have meaningful patient conversations, and support a more integrated approach to care.
