Event Overview


Have you secured a job following your pre-reg training? Do you need help with navigating the pharmacy jobs market? Have you got interviews lined up but need help to prepare?

Join our pharmacy careers event, exclusively for pre-registration trainees and newly qualified pharmacists. You will be guided through the job applications process and be given tips to prepare you for interviews.

You will also have the opportunity to network with experienced pharmacists from key sectors of practice and ask them for advice on how to get a role in community, hospital, general practice, and industry.

After this event you will be able to: 

  • Understand how to search for jobs in different sectors

  • Differentiate good and weak job applications

  • Produce a CV and supporting statement that is tailored to an advertised job

  • Be able to effectively prepare applications

  • Be more confident in preparing for job interviews

Who is this for? 

This event is for recently qualified (first 2 years) and pre-registration trainees who would like support with applying for pharmacist posts in a range of environments and preparing for interviews and selection centres.
