RPS Scotland: Pharmacy teams improving patient care

Sunday, 21 May 2023
10am - 4pm
Strathclyde Technology and Innovation Centre, 99 George Street, Glasgowow, G1 1RD.

Come along to RPS Scotland’s Regional Best Practice Event. This is a great opportunity to hear and see fantastic examples of pharmacy best practice from all health settings around Scotland and understand more about our collective journey to achieving our vision for the future of pharmacy, Pharmacy 2030.  This year we also want to explore the direct effect pharmacy teams have on improving patient care.

Join our RPS Regional event to:

  • Showcase your best practice examples
  • Share and celebrate the innovative pharmacy practice that is happening right now across Scotland
  • Participate in a Scotland-wide networking opportunity
  • Gain new ideas and inspiration from an agenda focused on positivity, sharing and development

This year we are delighted to be joined by Alpana Mair, EU project coordinator for the iSIMPATHY (implementing Stimulating Innovation in the Management of Polypharmacy and Adherence Through the Years) project who will be discussing the project and it’s aims of ensuring the best and most sustainable use of medicines and the impact of this on patients.

A full programme will be added soon.

Do you have examples of best practice that you want to share?

We would love for you to submit your own examples of best practice. The deadline to do so is Sunday 26 March and some of your examples will be selected to be presented on the day either through a fifteen-minute talk or by displaying a poster.

Click here to submit your examples and we'll be in touch.

Travel and accommodation up for grabs!
The author(s) of the winning example of best practice, which will be judged on the day by all delegates, will have their travel and accommodation paid to present at the RPS Annual Conference in London on Friday 10 November 2023.
