Walking the shoes of a parent-carer can often be a challenging, yet at times, rewarding experience. The trials and tribulations, additional stresses and pressures can sometimes become overwhelming for parent-carers, but when progress is made, it makes it all worth it.
Join us for ‘Neurodiversity: the parent/carer lens’ webinar and hear stories that are based on lived experiences from our panellists. The webinar is run in collaboration with Aubilities, a neurodiversity consultancy, whose aim is to improve the representation of neurodivergent people in workforce, while creating value for organisations and helping the neurodivergent community in finding meaningful and supported employment.
The webinar is aimed at:
Parents and carers of neurodivergent children
Parents of neurotypical children
Neurodivergent individuals, neurotypical individuals, and others with a link to neurodiversity who would like to learn more about this topic
Managers and colleagues to understand more about the additional stresses or pressures parents and carers of neurodivergent children face
The webinar will be a panel event with speakers and advocates of neurodiversity.
