Join our next session, delivered in collaboration with The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence.  This webinar will focus on NICE guideline NG136:  Hypertension in adults: diagnosis and management.

The aim of this session is to support pharmacists in providing care for people with hypertension, especially the community pharmacy hypertension case-finding service.

By the end of this session, you should be able to:
•    Explain the key recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in the NICE guideline NG136
•    Describe the relevant information to support the delivery of the community pharmacy hypertension case-finding service
•    Support people to make informed decisions around testing and treatment using a shared decision-making approach
